Need some help? Well I'm your guy! To see what I have to offer you, simply drag the slider below to the area you need help with. If for some reason, you don't see what you're looking for, contact me anyway. I'm always looking to try something new.

Web Services
From standards compliant (X)HTML and CSS tableless designs to CMS theming and development, I'm your guy. If you'd like to check out any of my previous work please hop on over to my portfolio. In the meantime, I'd like to illustrate the inner workings of how I usually go about working with my clients.

Communication.Communication. This is where the entire process begins and ends and will be put to the test immediately. I also get a general idea of the type of client I am dealing with and how much freedom I have. Solid communication will ensure that I meet all of your requirements and complete the project in a timely fashion.
Progression - initial consult, timeline draft, contract/price calculation

Design.Design. The fun begins with a dilapidated notepad, some multi-colored ink and a computer. Isolated to let my mind run free as I review job notes, competitor sites and play with different shapes and color schemes. At this point I'll determine what technologies to use and probably have a few questions to bounce off the client.
Progression - scribbles, research, client questionnaire, final timeline

Development.Development. The fun is over. The computer is put into overdrive and the Monster energy drinks are at the ready. Coding into the wee-hours of the morning, a new day arrives. Time to rinse and repeat. Due to the revolving designs and long-term visions, it is important that you, the client, do not see the work until it is ready for testing. Seeing only the highly detailed work is vital as it can be hard to envision the finished product.
Progression - mock-ups (low-res), basic site structure (functionless)

Presentation.Presentation. Convergence of both worlds, mine and the clients. Since the clients are usually on the other side of the world or U.S., the usual "family-hug" is not possible. A simple round of applause from both sides will suffice. The presentation package will consist of the finished design and textual information which is sent to the client for review.
Progression - final feedback

World Wide Web.Welcome to the WWW. This step is pretty straightforward. All functionality is developed with the client's direct feedback in mind. After some additional labor, testing and debugging the site is ready for the World Wide Web. Your presence on the Internet can now be felt. Congratulations!
Progression - beta testing/debugging, final product

Design Services
From logos to ads, if you are in need of a professional, eye-catching design look no further. I can help you stand out from your competition and give you that identity you've been looking for. Here's an example of how the process works with many of my clients.

Design. The fun begins with a dilapidated notepad, some multi-colored ink and a computer. Isolated to let my mind run free as I review job notes, competitor logos, identity, and/or designs and play with different shapes and color schemes. At this point I'll determine what type of the colors to use and what style to use based on the clients brand/identity. I'll probably have a few questions to bounce off the client.

Paper to PC. The imagination is over and it's time to get down to business. The computer is put into overdrive and the Monster energy drinks are at the ready. Playing with strokes, gradients, and shadows into the wee-hours of the morning, a new day arrives. Time to rinse and repeat. Due to the revolving designs and long-term visions, it is important that you, the client, do not see the work until it is nearing completion. Seeing only the highly detailed visuals is vital as it can be hard for the client to envision the finished product.
Progression - mock-ups (low-res), color scheme put into place

Presentation. Convergence of both worlds, mine and the clients. Since the clients are usually on the other side of the world or U.S., the usual "handshake and pat on the back" is not possible. A simple round of applause from both sides ensues. The presentation package will consist of the finished design and textual information, describing the intricate deisgn details and decisions, which is sent to the client for review.
Progression - final feedback

New You. This step is pretty straightforward. All design elements have been put into place and you're ready to show off your new identity to the world. Congratulations, customers have lined the streets just to see you!

PC Services
Tired of the same sluggish performance from that PC you just bought a couple years ago? Just buy a brand new PC and there's so much "junkware" you don't even know what programs you really need? Well, don't take it to one of those big box "we'll-fix-your-computer-but-charge-you-an-arm-and-a-leg" geek squads, when I can do it for a fraction of the cost and probably in half the time. From a fresh clean install of your operation system, to upgrading your hardware or optimizing your system to run at peak performance.

Now depending upon your needs, this process could work several different ways. However, I'll try and give you a sample run-down of what I can do for you and how the process works

Communication. This is where the entire process begins and ends. I get a general idea of the what the client is looking to have done and what problems they may be having. Based on the information they provide I'll give them an idea as to how long the process will take and a rough cost estimate.
Progression - initial consult, timeline, price calculation

Diagnose. Run some hardware and software tests and confirm the clients suspicions. Once the problems are diagnosed, I will provide the client with the actual cost of the services that need to be performed and see if they want me to proceed. There is no cost incurred up to this point.
Progression - free diagnosis and testing, actual cost

Repairs. Time to break out the tools and get to work. At this point, I basically fix what needs fixing.
Progression - repairs made

Recommendations. After getting to know PC rather well, I just may have some tips to help you keep it running at peak performance. This could range from software, service/process optimization, and even a physical cleaning. Additional costs may be incurred and will be discussed before I take any additional action.
Progression - feedback given, negotiations, implement recommendations

Pick-up. It's time to pick up your like new computer. No more spyware, bloatware or viruses. You can click on program and amazingly it starts up in a few seconds instead of a few minutes. It's feels just like putting on a brand new pair of socks for the very first time. You've missed this feeling and it's finally back.
Progression - time to come get this thing we call a computer
