iBack to the iPhone

After several months of being without an iPhone, I'm back. Actually I've had my current iPhone 3G for about a month and a half now and all I can say is it is simply the best option out there for what I want and need in a mobile device. I'm not going to call it a phone, because let's face it...it's much more.

If you're a reader of my blog, you know that I've really slammed many things about the iPhone, but I think it was because I was spoiled. Sure it lacks Flash and copy and paste, among other things, but it has a beautiful browser, near perfect touchscreen, awesome music/podcast management, and the best damn app store out there.

So, if any of my previous iPhone posts have deterred you, disregard them. Things have been much more refined and it's maturity between then and now is night and day. Here's to hoping an updated phone offers video streaming with the next hardware refresh!

If you want copy and paste, then upgrade to the iPhone 3.0 beta OS. It works great and I havn't had any issues thus far. Been running it for a few weeks now.

To me YouTube is like MySpace. The slums of the Internet. And yeah, I realize I could get the beta software, but I can hold off until the release in June.
